Pickup & Scheduling
When are the available pickup times?
We offer two recurring weekly pickup windows, both on Tuesdays:
• Option A: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM | 1st & 3rd Tuesday of the month
• Option B: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM | 2nd & 4th Tuesday of the month
The time slot you select during registration becomes your recurring appointment for all future visits.
Months with five Tuesdays: The Pantry will be closed on the fifth Tuesday, and there will not be a scheduled pantry distribution. All pantry distributions will resume on their normal schedule beginning the following month.
When does the weekly registration form open and close?
The registration form closes every Thursday at 9:00 AM and reopens Friday at 9:00 AM. This weekly pause allows our team the time needed to process reservations and prepare for distribution.
Forms submitted after the Thursday deadline will be scheduled for the following service week.
Are there any exceptions to my scheduled pickup time?
Unfortunately, no. Food pickups are available only during our scheduled Tuesday distribution hours, and we are unable to accommodate pickups outside of those times.
To better serve our community, we offer two recurring pickup schedules each month:
• Option A: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM | 1st & 3rd Tuesday of the month
• Option B: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM | 2nd & 4th Tuesday of the month
If your current pickup schedule no longer works for you, please contact us. If space is available, we may be able to assign you to the alternate Tuesday pickup schedule that better fits your needs.
Can I request specific foods or exclude certain items?
We are unable to accommodate custom food requests. The items available at our pantry depend entirely on the donations we receive each week. We also serve a high volume of families and individuals, so tailoring orders to individual preferences is not feasible.
Can I send someone else to pick up my food?
Yes. You may send an authorized representative to pick up on your behalf. Please note that distribution is limited to one (1) pickup per household and a valid Photo ID is required at the time of pickup — either yours or your representative's.
What if I need to cancel or miss my pickup?
If you are unable to pick up your food, you MUST notify us before 9:00 AM on the day of your scheduled pickup by emailing feedingyouwithlove@gmail.com or calling (656) 232-9355.
Two consecutive missed pickups without prior notice will result in discontinued eligibility.
How early can I arrive before my scheduled pickup time?
Please do not arrive more than 30 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Arriving hours early creates significant traffic and operational challenges for our volunteers, staff, neighboring businesses, and the surrounding community. If you arrive earlier than 30 minutes before your scheduled pickup, you will be asked to leave and return at the appropriate time.
Volunteers will be on-site directing traffic and are available to answer any questions you may have. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide a safe, efficient, and respectful pickup experience for everyone. Please review our Pickup Traffic Pattern Map by clicking here.
All directions from traffic-control personnel must be followed, along with posted traffic patterns, cones, and signs. Remain stopped until you are signaled to move forward. Failure to follow traffic or safety instructions may result in service being denied.
How should I prepare my vehicle for pickup?
The area of your vehicle where food will be loaded must be clean and clear of debris so volunteers have a safe, accessible place to put your items.
Your vehicle must be in Park the entire time food is being loaded. Do not move your vehicle while volunteers are loading or working around it.

We follow National Weather Service warnings and safety guidance. Your safety, and the safety of our volunteers, always comes first.

Food distribution is limited to one (1) person per household. Only one registration and one pickup per household address is permitted per service week.

Meals on Wheels Pasco reserves the right to deny, cancel, suspend, or restrict pantry registration or services at any time when behavior, actions, or failure to follow safety procedures creates a concern.
Is the donated food safe to eat?
All pantry food is donated through the generosity of donors and community partners. Please examine all items for possible spoilage before using them.
